Hello Blackhawk Bowhunters’ Members,

It’s that time of year again for me to ask for your help with our Vortex Open shoot. This Vortex Open is a really big event for us as we plan to have over 300 people at this Shoot.  We want to make sure we are fully staffed and put our best foot forward. This is a one day shoot on August 22nd. This is a fun event with plenty of novelty shoots and raffles that you can get into as well as the shooters. Anyone who works 4+ hours will be entered into a drawing for a pair of Vortex Optics binoculars.

In the below Worker's List link, you will see a sheet with the positions we need filled. If you are trying to get hours in for kids the Genesis Bow game would be perfect for that. If you would like to help out please contact Mike DeLapp (see his contact info below). Let him know what you would like to do, but be prepared to help out in another area if needed. All the jobs are pretty easy.
